Michael joined the family business in February 1996, becoming the second generation of the family business. He holds the Certificate in Funeral Arranging and Administration.
He is currently the Vice-President of The London Association of Funeral Directors.

Mark Dew

Mark joined the company in May 1994 as a General Funeral Service Operative, but has since taken on many additional roles within the company.

Mark is a highly respected in the company for his commitment and dedication, which he has not only shown to Southall Funeral Service over the years, but also to the local community.

Senior Funeral Director

Steve joined the company in February 2003 and is qualified with the diploma in Funeral Directing from the National Association of Funeral Directors and has a high degree of knowledge and experience, covering all aspects of the role.

A naturally sociable person, Steve is extremely popular within the local community and is well know for his caring nature and friendly smile.

Steve enjoys cycling and walking.

Area Manager

Peter joined the company in October 2006 as a General Funeral Service Operative.

With very little knowledge of the industry, Peter began building his knowledge, learning from his peers and now holds the position of Area Manager, which is a testament to his ever-growing desire to guide and assist anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one,

Peter is often commended for his compassionate nature and his exceptional attention to detail. Peter is a holder of the certificate in Funeral Arranging and Administration.

Peter enjoys playing snooker and watching sport.

Assistant Funeral Director

Martin joined the company in September 2014 as a General Funeral Service Operative.

Martin is a holder of the Certificate in Funeral Arranging and Administration.

Martin is recognised by his managers and colleagues for his conscientious work ethics and the ability to work well as part of an ever-increasing team.

Martin enjoys watching sport and coaching his son’s football team at weekends.

Office Manager

Victoria joined the company in January 2016, following 10 years in the care sector. She has always had an interest in he;ping and supporting others, it seemed a natural move for Victoria to join the funeral profession.

Since joining our loyal team, Victoria’s positive attitude and attention to detail has made her very popular with colleagues and clients alike. Victoria is also a holder of the Certificate in Funeral Arranging and Administration.

Being a mum of four, Victoria’s spare time is generally spent with her family.

Ben Peacock

Ben joined the family business in 2017, making Southall Funeral Service a third generation family business.

Ben has shown that whilst still young, he is quick to learn and eager to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather before him. We believe Ben has a wonderful future ahead of him and will make an exceptional Senior Funeral Director on the future, learning from the best in the trade.

Ben enjoys playing football and watching sports.

Assistant Funeral Director

Wayne joined the company in March 2018 after retiring from the British Army after 42 years of service.

Wayne has many years of experience in Health & Safety and has brought that area of expertise to the company, Wayne also holds the Certificate in Funeral Arranging and Administration.

Wayne enjoys playing golf.
